Order Changes

So you found the perfect item and enthusiastically submitted your order for processing.  It was only after the transaction went through that you realized you submitted something wrong or you wish to cancel the order.  Not to worry! Kindly please live chat or email our customer care team. When submitting your cancellation request and please provide the following:

  1. Your full name
  2. Order number
  3. The best contact email address
Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been submitted. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. Due to time differences, we cannot guarantee customer care will receive your request before the order ships.If you refuse shipping, you will still be held responsible for the shipping charges, even if the items are returned to us.
Order History and Status
To view the status of your order, you can visit the order lookup page. Please have your order number and the email address you used during checkout. If you have an account, you may also login to view your order status. All of your orders will be itemized by number and you can view the details and status of each order by clicking on the related order number.
Customs and Import Duties
The Shopping Bag ships out of the U.S.A. If an international shipment, The Shopping Bag ships all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies.
