We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but we know that from time to time what looks good in a picture simply won't do. With that in mind, we gladly accept return/exchange requests within 14 days (including weekends) from the date you received your order.
Kindly contact our customer service team via email at email@example.com with "Request for RMA#" in the subject line to request a return authorization code. Please include the following details in your email:
Our customer care staff will reply to you within 3 business days with the required RMA number and a return label. Shipping costs for unwanted items are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. It may take up to 30 days to process your return.
All returned items (defective or not) must have the original packaging, tags and accessories. When an item is returned to us and appears as though it has been worn, soiled, used in any way or if the tags have been taken off, no refund will be issued. Returns will not be accepted unless a return was authorized by The Shopping Bag with a unique return authorization code.

Every product undergoes careful inspection prior to shipment and is packaged for shipment with care.
