Our policy is simple: We'll ship every standard shipping order anywhere in the United States — even Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico —for free!

International orders aren't eligible for free shipping. Please refer to our International Shipping page for more information.
Order Processing
Once you purchase your item(s), we take approximately 24-48 hours to process your order. We want to make sure your item(s) are shipped to you looking perfect! However, if your order is received anytime beginning Friday 5:00 pm EST through Sunday, your order will be processed on the following business day and shipped once processing is completed. After processing is complete, your package(s) will be sent to you promptly according to the shipping method that you chose during checkout. At this time, we ship worldwide which includes APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, US territories, and internationally.

Possible Delays
We do our absolute best to ensure timely delivery of all orders. Orders placed during weekends, special promotions and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on holidays and will enter our system for processing the following business day.

It's easy to calculate your shipping cost. Once you have items in your shopping bag, click 'Calculate Shipping Rates' at the bottom of the page to select your location and calculate your approximate postage cost.
Returns

We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but we know that from time to time what looks good in a picture simply won't do.  With that in mind, we gladly accept return/exchange requests within 14 days (including weekends) from the date you received your order.

Kindly contact our customer service team via email at customercare@shoptheshoppingbag.com with "Request for RMA#" in the subject line to request a return authorization code. Please include the following details in your email:

  1. Your order number
  2. Item name and/or SKU# you wish to return
  3. Reason for return
  4. If your item is defective, please see below

Our customer care staff will reply to you within 3 business days with the required RMA number and a return label. Shipping costs for unwanted items are your responsibility and will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. It may take up to 30 days to process your return.

All returned items (defective or not) must have the original packaging, tags and accessories. When an item is returned to us and appears as though it has been worn, soiled, used in any way or if the tags have been taken off, no refund will be issued. Returns will not be accepted unless a return was authorized by The Shopping Bag with a unique return authorization code.

Defective Item Return

Every product undergoes careful inspection prior to shipment and is packaged for shipment with care. We strive in excellent customer service therefore if an item was damaged during shipment, please kindly contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receipt by email atcustomercare@theshoppingbag.com. When submitting your concern and please provide the following:

  1. Your full name
  2. Order number
  3. Item name and/or SKU # that you purchased
  4. The best contact email address
  5. Photos of the damage to the item(s)
  6. Photos of the interior and exterior packaging

We will then follow the process of the above return policy.
